Synopsis
The Real Deadwood: Out of the Ashes: Kikim Media’s behind-the-scenes and historical specials for home video releases of HBO’s popular Deadwood series have set a new standard for DVD bonus material. Bernier edited a new historical featurette for the final Deadwood series box-set, entitled The Real Deadwood: Out of the Ashes. This documentary picks up where the HBO series left off, following several of the real-life characters as well as the fate of the town itself from 1879 to present day.
